Triumph Factory Racing heads to Arlington, Texas, this weekend with plenty to be excited about — Jordon Smith makes his long-awaited 450SX debut at round seven of the 2026 AMA Supercross season, while Jalek Swoll lines up for the opening round of the 250SX East series.

Smith is back after off-season shoulder surgery and, by all accounts, has made the most of his recovery, racking up laps at Triumph’s Georgia facility ahead of schedule. The multi-time 250SX Main Event winner steps up to the premier class for the first time aboard the TF 450-X, and he sounds like a man ready for the moment.

“It feels great to finally be making my 450 debut,” Smith said. “It’s been a long time coming and something I’ve worked towards my entire career. Recovery has gone really well, and I’ve been able to get back on the bike ahead of schedule, which has been a big confidence boost. The TF 450-X has been awesome from day one — it suits my riding style, and the extra power has definitely helped.”

Jalek Swoll will line up on the East Coast

Swoll enters his third season with Triumph Factory Racing, keen to put a disrupted 2025 behind him. The Floridian missed a big chunk of last year through injury, but heads to Arlington with momentum building and his sights firmly set on podiums and that elusive first win.

“The East Coast is stacked this year, and there are a lot of fast guys, so it’s going to be competitive, but I’m excited to get back out there and mix it up,” Swoll said. “If I line up with the mindset to win, then the results will follow.”

Triumph Racing America General Manager Jeremy Coker is understandably fired up heading into the weekend. “I am beyond excited to see Jordon finally make his premier class debut on the TF 450-X in Arlington,” he said. “Both guys have put in the work and look fast leading up to this, and I can’t wait to see them out there.”

It shapes as a big night for the British brand, with two riders, two classes and plenty on the line in Texas.
