Beta has announced a series of updates across its RR X-PRO enduro range for MY27, including new electronics for the four-stroke models, engine refinements for the two-strokes and suspension changes across the entire lineup.
Positioned between the entry-level Xtrainer and the competition-focused RR Race range, the RR X-PRO family continues to offer eight models, spanning 125, 200, 250 and 300 two-strokes, plus 350, 390, 430 and 480 four-strokes.

The biggest changes arrive on the four-stroke models, which gain Launch Control and Quick Shift for the first time. Launch Control features five levels of adjustment to help maximise traction off the start, while Quick Shift allows clutchless upshifts without closing the throttle. Both functions are integrated into a redesigned handlebar-mounted control panel alongside the existing traction control and dual-map switch.

Beta has also updated the four-stroke electrical system with a new voltage regulator designed to deliver more stable power and improve battery charging performance. Further engine updates include revised titanium valves and a new mechanical cam-chain tensioner, replacing the previous hybrid mechanical-hydraulic design. According to Beta, the changes reduce friction and improve starting performance.

On the two-stroke side, the 250 and 300 models receive new main bearings designed to reduce internal friction and improve engine smoothness. The 125 gets an updated piston for improved durability, while the 200 inherits the RR Race model’s longer primary gearing to improve load distribution and overall strength.
Across the entire RR X-PRO range, Beta has introduced softer-compound grips, a new Trailtech speedometer and a redesigned LED headlight assembly. The speedometer features a larger display and uses a new wheel-speed sensor, while the updated headlight is claimed to deliver a stronger beam with lower power consumption.
Suspension has also been revised for MY27. The SHC (Separate Hydraulic Chamber) fork retains its asymmetrical design, with the spring in one fork leg and damping in the other, but receives updated settings aimed at improving initial stroke absorption and rider comfort. The rear shock has been reworked to better match the fork, with increased separation between high- and low-speed damping and a new tool-free external adjuster. Seat height remains 930mm, which is 20mm lower than the RR Race models.

Several existing X-PRO features carry over unchanged, including the revised frame introduced on the MY25 model, vibration-reducing handlebar mounts, Nissin brakes, adjustable exhaust valve on the two-strokes and Beta’s diaphragm-spring clutch system.
The MY27 Beta RR X-PRO range is expected to arrive in Australia in September 2026, with pricing to be announced closer to launch.
