FIRST RIDE: UP CLOSE WITH THE 2021 KAWASAKI KX250

First Ride Up Close With The 2021 Kawasaki Kx250

Dirt Action got up close with the 2021 Kawasaki KX250 at the official press launch; held at the Sydney Indoor MX Dome last month. Here’s what a few of Australia’s top bike media groups had to say about the latest iteration in the series.

Mat McEntee (Dirt Action): “The bike is unreal! I haven’t ridden a 250 in a while and it’s just really impressive. Plenty of power, [I] would love to take it out onto a bigger track as the dome’s a bit tight – but for a 250 you have to be able to do this whole track in second gear is unreal. They’ve done their homework for 2021 and this bike’s gonna be a game changer.”

Dylan Wills (Moto Online): “For 2021 they’ve made some really big changes to the bike. I think they’ve made some changes in the right direction. Massive fan of the bike and keen to see what they do in the future.”

Sam Charlwood (BikeSales): “It’s a terrific machine to jump on and gel with straight away. I feel so comfortable after just a handful of laps.”

Mat Boyd (ADB Magazine): “It just does everything really well, there’s nothing to go complaining about.”

Lance Russell: “out of all the 250’s I’ve ridden before, this one is just on another level. The power just keeps going, the handling is so good, it just goes wherever you steer it … this is a 10/10 bike.”
