WHO TO WATCH FOR?

SX1 – Luke Clout, #4 on the CDR Monster Energy Yamaha is a local New South Welshman and will be looking to take it to American Justin Brayton, who currently leads. American Josh Hill will arrive for round three. This will be his first outing in Australia, he has been looking fast and fit on social media – can he spoil the party? Husqvarna’s Jesse Dobson has been struggling so far with mechanical and health issues, but has shown glimpses of serious pace – can he shock the solid SX1 field?

SX2 – Local boy Aaron Tanti will have the support of the Wollongong crowd. The super consistent Serco Yamaha rider currently has the red plate, will he after Wollongong? Look for Chris Blose to end his run of bad luck and Mitchell Oldenburg to continue his current form. If you want to get behind another Aussie, look for Jay Wilson. Jay is the reigning Australian Supercross Champion and one of the nicest guys in the pits – you may see him running around with his young daughter between races.

EXTRA ACTION

Not only will you witness the premier classes race, some of the countries best juniors will take to the track, including the YZ65 Cup.
