Yamaha Factory Racing has announced Davi Millsaps for the 2018 season to replace the exiting Chad Reed.

“We’re excited to welcome Davi to our Yamaha Factory Team as Cooper’s new teammate. Davi’s had a great career so far, and he’s been a terrific ambassador for our sport. We’re looking forward to big things this year with Davi and Cooper both aboard the new 2018 YZ450F.” Said Keith McCarty Yamaha Motorsports Racing Division Manager

Millsaps finished fifth in the 2017 AMA Supercross Championship with Rocky Mountain ATV KTM under the watchful eye of Australian legend, Michael Byrne.

“I’m super-excited to be racing for the Yamaha Factory team, to be teammates with Cooper, and to be aboard the brand-new 2018 YZ450F. Also, how cool is it that I’m running my signature #18 on the ’18 Yamaha in 2018? It was meant to be!” Said Millsaps.
