Giles Takes TKO eMoto Sportsman Win as Hennessy Shows Pro Pace

Australian Hard Enduro riders Adam Giles and Conor Hennessy have made a strong impression at the 2026 Tennessee Knockout (TKO), with Giles taking victory in the eMoto Sportsman Class aboard the RFN E15+, while Hennessy showed front-running pace in the highly competitive eMoto Pro class.

Giles made an immediate impact in his first TKO appearance, qualifying P1 in eMoto Sportsman and P13 outright in Friday’s Prologue. He carried that pace into race day, tackling the event’s notorious rocks, steep climbs, creek beds and technical terrain to secure the class victory.

The result is a significant international win for both Giles and RFN, with the E15+ reaching the top step at one of the United States’ most recognised Hard Enduro events less than a year after its launch in late 2025.

For Giles, the result provides a strong demonstration of the electric motorcycle’s capability under genuine Hard Enduro race conditions.

Hennessy also showed serious pace in eMoto Pro, qualifying fourth in Friday’s Prologue, just one second away from third, while recording 25th outright.

His speed continued into the main race, where Hennessy was running third in eMoto Pro, directly behind Eddie and Toby and firmly in the fight for a podium finish.

His challenge came to an unfortunate end when a rock strike damaged the rear of the RFN E15+, bending the sprocket and eventually breaking the chain. Hennessy was forced to stop and carry out a running repair on course, costing him valuable time and positions.

While the final result didn’t reflect his pace, running inside the top three of the Pro eMoto field was another strong performance marker for Hennessy and the E15+.

RFN also had junior rider Nathan Zhang competing at TKO, with Zhang securing fourth place in the Sr 7–8 50cc & eMoto Class.

For RFN, the weekend provided a valuable opportunity to test the E15+ against established riders and electric platforms on one of the world’s toughest Hard Enduro courses.

With a class victory, a Prologue qualifying win, and Hennessy running third in eMoto Pro before mechanical damage ended his charge, the Tennessee Knockout delivered plenty of evidence that the relatively new E15+ platform is capable of competing at the sharp end of electric Hard Enduro racing.
