The Yamaha BLU CRU Aussie Flat Track Nationals returned to Diamond Park, Albury-Wodonga, for back-to-back rounds over the weekend of August 23–25, delivering high drama, breakout wins, and tight championship battles across multiple classes.

Pro 450:
Daniel Wicks dominated under the lights on Saturday, taking four straight wins on his Yamaha to mark his best AFTN performance yet. Wicks overcame an early bike setup issue and a late-race protest against series leader Tom Armstrong to secure the round. Armstrong remained competitive with podium finishes across the night, while Cam Dunker and reigning champ Tom Herrick also found form late in the evening. Local teen Billy Ryan made an impact on Sunday with his first-ever Pro 450 victory in the final race, as Dunker claimed the round with two wins and two seconds, moving to within ten points of Armstrong in the series standings. Wicks remained solid, sitting third overall after the weekend.

Junior Lites:
Jed Fyffe and Neiko Donovan shared victories on Saturday, with Fyffe taking the round win, while Fyffe then dominated the TT track on Sunday, winning every race and the bonus points for fastest qualifier. Donovan continued to challenge, and Hugh Hope-Hodgetts impressed with consistent podium finishes across both rounds.

Junior 85s:
Beau Baker was unstoppable on Saturday, taking all wins, but Flynn Beard broke through on Sunday, claiming two race wins and the round victory. Baker and George Holmkvist took single race wins, with Lucy Heaton-New scoring two podiums on Sunday.

Pro Twins:
Saturday marked the 2025 debut for the Pro Twins, with local Ashley Wilesmith taking a clean sweep over 2024 champion Kristian O’Donnell on his Ducati Scrambler.

Clubman Open:
Sam Hollands was the standout performer all weekend, sweeping all races on both the flat and TT tracks, including the fastest qualifier bonus on Sunday. Tyler Davies grabbed one race win on Saturday in a competitive 27-strong field.
The Albury-Wodonga double-header highlighted a mix of emerging talent, local heroes, and established stars. With points tightening across the Pro 450 championship, the series heads to its next round in Griffith with everything still up for grabs.
