Royal Enfield has revealed a striking new version of its latest adventure bike at EICMA 2025 — the Himalayan 450 Mana Black Edition. Built on the same Sherpa 450 platform that underpins the all-new Himalayan, the Mana Black takes the factory-spec adventure setup one step further with a purpose-built configuration straight off the assembly line.

Adventure Kit from the Factory
Unlike the standard model, the Mana Black arrives fully equipped for long-haul exploration. Each bike rolls out with a curated pack of genuine Royal Enfield accessories, including black rally handguards, a rally-style seat with extra grip and comfort for big days in the saddle, a high-mounted front mudguard, and tubeless spoked wheels — a feature that’s sure to please riders tackling remote tracks who want the strength of spokes without the hassle of tubes.
The package aims to give riders a turn-key adventure setup, saving the need to head straight to the accessories catalogue after purchase.

Inspired by the Toughest Terrain
The “Mana Black” name is drawn from Mana Pass, one of the world’s highest and most extreme roads at over 18,400 feet above sea level, on the India–Tibet border. The deep, stealthy livery and matte finishes are designed to reflect the rugged tone and raw feel of the region, while also giving the bike a distinct presence that sets it apart from the standard colour range.
Same Sherpa 450 Heart
Powering the new edition is Royal Enfield’s 450cc liquid-cooled Sherpa engine — a ride-by-wire single that’s earned solid reviews for its broad torque and easy-going nature. The motor sits in a lightweight frame tuned for both trail agility and highway comfort, making it a solid match for riders who split their time between gravel and blacktop.
Royal Enfield says the Mana Black Edition was designed to embody “the spirit of endurance and exploration”, and while that might sound lofty, the setup is a practical one — all the bits you’d likely add to your Himalayan anyway, now bolted on and warranted straight from the factory.
Availability
There’s no word when the Himalayan 450 Mana Black Edition will make its way Down Under, but with the standard Himalayan 450 already gaining traction here, expect this stealthy black version to follow.
