That time we went to a vintage race meet and couldn’t stop the drool…

The sights, the smell, the smoke! Also the fact that these bikes can still be ridden hard. It was amazing to be at a race day where the bikes looked so different from each other, each year looked different even for a single manufacturer and the tech was so wildly diverse – much of this is not all that evident at a modern race track where bikes tend to run very similar systems and change very little aesthetically from year to year.

But the smell…Mmmmmmm…two-strokes…And it’s more fun listening to a screaming banshee than a fart in a jar.
