The show presented by Insure My Ride will feature at Sydney Showgrounds on November 20-22. The show will provide for a 2500sqm purpose built track in Charles Moses Stadium. A unique brand of competition will see riders compete on an obstacle ridden enduro course including logs, rocks, tyres and sand.

Honda Motorcycles Brand and Motorsport manager Glyn Griffiths is excited to bring enduro cross to a city audience.

Honda Motorcycles is excited to be supporting the Head2Head EnduroCross at the Sydney Motorcycle Show,” Griffiths said. “This event brings together some of Australian motorcycling’s most prominent racers and creates great racing for riders and spectators alike.”

The competition will boast an impressive lineup including off-road legend Ben Grabham, eight time motocross/supercross champion Jay Marmont and World Freestyle Trials champion Jack Field.

Four-time Finke Desert race winner Ben Grabham is looking forward to a track return.

Last year was the first year of the Head2Head EnduroCross and it created some of the best action all year for both the racers and spectators,” Grabham said. “The races are only short so it’s all or nothing. There were some very wild moves, big crashes and even some heated moments between riders last year.

“I am definitely looking forward to more of this again in Sydney,” he added.

The competition made its debut at Moto Expo in Melbourne and event organiser Troy Bayliss is pleased to bring the unique concept to Sydney.

This format was a huge hit with visitors to MOTO EXPO in Melbourne so we were really keen to incorporate it into the Sydney Motorcycle Show program,” Bayliss explained.

It does give racing fans an extremely rare opportunity to see these riders competing together in the one place.”

Entry into the Sydney Motorcycle show will include viewing of the Honda Motorcycles Head2Head EnduroCross. Visitors will also be allowed to participate in bike test rides and will be entertained by Australia’s leading motorcycle stunt performers Jack Field and Dave McKenna.
