I’ve been using Thorzt products since the Hattah desert race last year. The Thorzt Solo Shot is the perfect amount to make 800ml of drink, so combine the shot and the Thorzt 800ml bottle and you have yourself a perfectly mixed hydrating drink. I have found them to be a great way to keep hydrated and also minimise cramping when riding, and am yet to come across a flavour that doesn’t taste good. I got pretty sick for a couple of weeks and kept taking the Thorzt, which I feel helped keep me nice and hydrated and got me back on my feet quicker than expected. They are low in sugar, gluten-free, caffeine-free, and have essential amino acids. Thorzt stocks a whole range of products for all stages of hydration and activity levels so check them out at www.thorzt.com. — Matt Bernard
